JK Brackens GAA club in association with JigsawTippeary coordinated a the “One Good Coach “ workshop in the clubhouse on Thursday 4th August 2022.

Niamh O Gorman , the Youth & Community Engagement Worker from Jigsaw Tipperary provided this excellent workshop outlining the service and resources associated within Jigsaw network .

The One Good Coach workshop delivers a range of skills to help coaches and parents understand , the range and current existing concerns with mental health within society , within youth population and within all our communities.

Providing helpful guidance to understand the challenges while working with our younger population, establishing mechanisms to provide or create opportunities to talk and feel safe with mental health.

Our appreciation and many thanks to Niamh O Gorman for delivering this workshop , sharing a range of skill sets , and practical intervention systems to help our club and community members .
